Rules and conditions of the volunteer programme canistherapy at the Faculty of Health and Social Studies of the University of South BohemiaPraktické poznámky využití canisterapie

The volunteer programme Canistherapy is being implemented since October 2006 under the patronage of the Faculty of Health and Social Studies of the University of South Bohemia and with taking advantage of a support provided by the national volunteer centre Hestia, o.s. There is a close cooperation with the association of citizens HAFÍK.
In the programme, volunteers, who do not possess dogs suitable for canistherapy, are also helpful. The volunteers particularly devote their time to clients, actively contribute to compilation and implementation of programmes for clients, and provide organisation of particular actions within the scope of canistherapy.
