The aim of this article is to show the positive effects of physical activities in the prevention of cardiovascular illnesses and the options of nurses and doctors in providing education regarding physical activities. The data were collected using the quantitative research method, which intended to find out the level of education regarding physical activities. We can say that doctors speak with their patients about physical activities more frequently than nurses.
