In the contribution presented here, a method of work is analyzed, for which the name teleworking or distanced work was adopted. This type of work can be used in certain professions only, which do not call for frequent personal contacts with employees and co-workers.
For the development of teleworking, there is a decisive situation in branches of so called new technologies. The distanced employee performs his/her activity through the mediation of a computer, because he/she is at a site different from that of the employee or customer and thus, the remote communication is provided thanks to telecommunication networks.
