The evaluation of the satisfaction of clients with the institutional care is one of parameters of the quality of the services granted. The target of the research was to find what is the evaluation of the satisfaction by the clients of homes for seniors in the Moravian-Silesian Region and what are the factors affecting this satisfaction.
