The aim of the work was to find out the occurrence of burnout syndrome in nurses working on neurosurgical wards and the impact of socio-demographic factors of nurses on the degree of their burnout syndrome.The set was formed by 74 nurses working on all neurosurgical wards of Moravia-Silesia region - Teaching Hospital Ostrava and City Hospital Ostrava.
