Úvod: Fibrilace síní (FS) je jednou z nejčastějších supraventrikulárních arytmií. Její výskyt v běžné populaci za posledních dvacet let výrazně vzrostl. Problematika vnímání ošetřovatelské péče dosud nebyla podrobně zkoumána.Cíle a metody: Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo posoudit, jak je vnímáno pečovatelské chování sestrami a pacienty u radiofrekvenční katétrové ablace (RFA) pro FS. Cieľom výskumu bolo zistiť spokojnosť pacientov s diagnózou kolorektálny karcinóm so samotnou prípravou hrubého čreva (ďalej HČ) pred operáciou a efektivitu vyprázdnenia HČ podľa autorkami navrhnutého protokolu jednotného postupu, pričom sme počas mechanickej prípravy HČ sledovali dva prístupy sestier k pacientom. Prvý prístup súvisel s vyprázdnením HČ pred plánovaným operačným zákrokom podľa štandardného postupu chirurgického pracoviska, v druhom prístupe podľa autorkami navrhnutého protokolu. V práci analyzujeme celkovú mieru spokojnosti s kvalitou poskytovanej zdravotnej starostlivosti u zubného lekára z hľadiska všeobecnej spokojnosti, technickej kvality, komunikácie, medziľudského a finančného aspektu, času stráveného s lekárom a z hľadiska dostupnosti a pohodlia. Využili sme štandardizovaný "Dotazník spokojnosti pacientov" (PSQ III, dlhá verzia). Zber dotazníkov sme realizovali v čakárňach zubných lekárov od 11/2014 do 4/2015. Získali sme 433 kompletne vyplnených dotazníkov od 53,6 % mužov a 46,4 % žien. Porovnávali sme dve skupiny respondentov.
